What contract-tier customers get

  • Signed agreement via DocuSign required before provisioning — protects both parties on data processing and service terms

What if payment is missed?
  • Banner on all tenant screens + email to all administrators from day 1 of overdue invoice.
  • 6 months overdue → tenant becomes read-only (all data remains accessible for export).
  • +12 months → tenant archived and data deleted per GDPR retention policy.
