Know your stakeholders
See the platform through the eyes of the people who use it.
What this block is about
A platform is only as useful as the workflows it enables. Before you can support a stakeholder you need to know what their day looks like, what they care about, and which features they actually touch. This block walks you through 11 representative stakeholders — one from each category — by reading their deep analysis.
The deep analyses describe their context, their needs in depth, the workflow they actually run, and the platform features that serve them. After this block, when someone says "I am the National Sports Director and I need help with X," you should already have a model in your head of what their day-to-day reality is.
