The heart of the subsystem is the Interactive rules guide — a searchable, illustrated rendering of the official rulebook. Each article is broken into short, indexed passages, supplemented with diagrams (throwing circle, dead ball lines, mesure scenarios) and cross-linked to related articles, so a search for 'cochonnet déplacé' surfaces every rule and example that matters in one screen. Federations can layer their own national amendments on top of the FIPJP base text, with clear visual distinction between international and national rules.

Rules quiz and self-assessment lets any user — player, coach or official — test their understanding through scored quizzes that adapt to their declared role. Quiz results feed the same progress engine used by F06.03, so a player can see their rules literacy improve over time, and a federation can compare quiz coverage across its membership.

Video examples of common situations brings the rulebook to life: short clips show real on-piste scenarios — a measured ball that touches the cochonnet, a foot fault, a ball stopped by a spectator — paired with the relevant rule and the correct ruling. Officials in training can pause, replay and check their interpretation against the verdict.

When the FIPJP or a national federation publishes a rule change, Rule change notifications and explainers push a structured update: what changed, when it takes effect, the rationale, and a side-by-side diff with the old text. Users who follow that rule category get an in-app and email notification. The FAQ database from official interpretations captures the long tail of edge cases — how umpires actually ruled in published cases — so when a player asks 'is this a dead ball?' the answer reflects practice, not just text.
