Registration & Certification
Register as an umpire and manage your certification level.
Step 1: Create Umpire Profile
Navigate to your profile → Officiating. Register as an umpire by providing your current certification level (N1–N5) and supporting documentation.
Step 2: Upload Certifications
Upload your certification documents. The federation verifies and approves your level. Your umpire badge appears on your public profile.
Step 3: Track Progression
View your certification pathway. See the requirements for the next level (matches officiated, exams passed, mentoring hours). Track your progress.
Competition Assignments
View and accept assignments to competitions.
Step 1: View Available Assignments
Browse competitions seeking umpires in your area and at your certification level. View date, venue, competition level, and compensation.
Step 2: Accept Assignment
Accept an assignment to confirm your availability. The competition director is notified. You receive event details and a briefing document.
Step 3: Confirm Attendance
On competition day, check in via the mobile app. This confirms your attendance and activates your match protocol tools.
Match Protocol
Manage match-day officiating using the mobile app.
Step 1: Pre-Match Check
Verify player licenses via the app (scan QR code or search by name). Check boule homologation status. Confirm court readiness.
Step 2: During Match
Use the app for timing, scoring verification, and incident logging. Record any warnings or penalties issued during the match.
Step 3: Score Confirmation
Confirm the final score in the app. Both team captains acknowledge the result. The confirmed score is submitted to the competition system.
Step 4: Post-Match Report
Submit your match report. Note any incidents, rule interpretations, or issues. The report is attached to the match record.
Disciplinary Reporting
File disciplinary reports for rule violations.
Step 1: File Report
Navigate to Disciplinary → New Report. Identify the player(s) involved, the match, and the violation. Describe the incident in detail.
Step 2: Attach Evidence
Upload photos, video, or witness statements as supporting evidence. The report is forwarded to the competition jury or federation disciplinary committee.
Step 3: Track Outcome
Follow the case through the disciplinary process. You are notified of the committee's decision and any sanctions applied.
Education & Examination
Access training materials and certification exams.
Step 1: Training Materials
Access the rules database, video tutorials, and case studies. Study materials are organized by certification level.
Step 2: Practice Exams
Take practice exams to prepare for certification. Questions cover rules interpretation, match scenarios, and procedural knowledge.
Step 3: Register for Exams
Register for official certification exams organized by your federation. View upcoming exam dates, locations, and prerequisites.
