Social Media Integration

F09.05 5 fonctionnalités Planifié

En bref

Social Media Integration pushes results, highlights, and stories from Petanque Life straight to Facebook, Instagram, and X using federation-branded templates that clubs can override while keeping shared brand assets. Hashtag policies stay consistent, fan-generated content is pulled into a moderation queue with consent tracking, and built-in analytics show which posts actually move engagement so federations can stop guessing what works.

Comment ça fonctionne

Each tenant connects its social accounts once via OAuth — Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, and X. From then on, anything the platform produces (final scores, player cards, news articles, highlight clips from the broadcast studio) can be pushed automatically or queued for editorial approval. Auto-post results to social media listens to the match-finalised event and renders a result graphic from a configurable template, then posts it to every connected channel with the right caption per platform.

Social media content templates are designed once per federation: brand colours, logo placement, sponsor zone, headline grid, and footer hashtags. Templates are versioned and previewable, so a club can override the federation default and still inherit shared assets. Hashtag management maintains a tagged dictionary per tenant and per category (national league, U18, women's circuit), automatically appending the right cluster to outgoing posts and avoiding the all-too-common typo or spammy stuffing.

User-generated content curation pulls posts that mention the federation handle or use the official hashtags into a moderation queue inside the admin. Communications staff can star, archive, or reshare with one tap, building a feed of fan content for the website and in-app community tab — with consent tracking so reshared images respect GDPR and the photographer's wishes.

Social media analytics rolls reach, impressions, link clicks, and engagement rate per post and per channel into a unified dashboard. Trends are sliced by content type (result graphic vs. interview vs. highlight) and by competition, so a federation can finally answer the question every board asks: "is this making a difference?"

  • Engagement and reach analytics per post, channel, and content type
  • One-click reshare into website and in-app community feed

En pratique

A national federation sets up auto-posting once: connects its Facebook Page, Instagram, and X account, picks the result template, and locks in #PetanqueSE plus the season hashtag. The next weekend, every championship final score posts automatically within ten seconds of being entered, complete with player photos and the federation logo. A fan posts a court-side photo with the official hashtag — it appears in the curation queue Monday morning.

The communications officer approves it, reshares to the federation Instagram, and watches the analytics dashboard show fan-content posts outperforming pure results by 3 to 1. She uses that insight to brief clubs to keep posting from the stands.
