A licensed player in France might track regional Comité, départemental and national fixtures simultaneously; a Swedish licensed player needs to balance distriktsserien, SM-qualifiers and open tournaments. Each layer publishes independently, often with conflicting dates.

Missing a qualifier deadline can mean losing a season's eligibility. The calendar problem is the most cited frustration among licensed players: not finding tournaments, but trusting that the list is complete and up-to-date.
