Today large federations like France or Belgium run their own bespoke systems while small federations like Estonia, Andorra or Malta limp along on Excel and free Wix sites. CEP cannot impose a unified tool because the largest members have sunk costs and the smallest cannot afford anything bespoke.

The result is fragmented data that makes continental rankings, player eligibility checks and championship entries enormously labour-intensive — every cycle requires re-collation by the CEP secretariat from incompatible sources.

The tenant model lets a 200-licensee federation run a fully functional ready-template instance with site, calendar, licence flow and rankings out of the box, while a 280,000-licensee federation uses the same platform with custom OrgNode hierarchy, multi-tier licences and bespoke branding. CEP-level Federation Dashboard reads from all member tenants via the cross-tenant public APIs without forcing any of them to converge on identical configurations.

Date clashes between national championships and CEP events regularly force top players to choose, weakening continental fields and frustrating federations. Today calendar coordination happens by email at one annual meeting, with informal updates throughout the year that frequently miss federations.

A French national qualifier accidentally scheduled the same weekend as a EuroCup round costs federations tens of thousands of euros in lost participation and creates lasting friction.

European Competition Management aggregates the calendar across all member federations and CEP itself, with conflict detection visualising overlaps for elite-eligible categories. Sanction requests from member federations route through the calendar, automatically warning of clashes with EuroCup, Continental Cup, World Championship qualifiers and other national finals.

Date negotiations happen in-app with full visibility for every affected federation.

Sending a national team to the European Championships costs a small federation a meaningful share of its annual budget. Today each federation negotiates its own flights and hotels, often missing block-booking discounts the host federation has arranged for top-tier participants.

Cost surprises late in the planning cycle cause federations to withdraw teams entirely, weakening the championship and undermining CEP's universality goals. A transparent logistics layer would let every federation plan with the same cost data.

Federations build delegations in the system, see total cost in their currency immediately, and can apply CEP development grants automatically where eligible.
