Cómo funciona
Different audiences need different on-ramps. Players self-serve in under a minute on the free tier with email verification — no credit card, no friction. Club admins go through a registration flow that creates a brand-new club tenant: club details, plan selection, admin user setup, optional Stripe checkout.
Federations need more hand-holding because the deal involves licensing, customisation and procurement, so they get a guided multi-step setup wizard plus a demo request form that routes to the sales team with qualification fields pre-populated (country, member count, current vendors, decision timeline). For visitors who want to evaluate before committing, a self-service demo environment provisions a sandbox tenant pre-populated with sample data — a fictional club, fake players, a generated tournament — so they can click around without creating mess in their real data. A migration assessment tool asks targeted questions about the visitor's current system (Idrott Online, Gestion FFPJP, custom Excel, etc.) and outputs a 'we can import 80% of this' estimate, removing the biggest objection to switching.
A contact-sales form qualifies federation and enterprise deals. Webinar registration (see F19.16) and double-opt-in newsletter signup (see F19.17) capture lower-intent visitors so they can be nurtured through the marketing-automation engine until they are ready to buy. Every form is Turnstile-protected to keep bots out and analytics clean.
Confirmation emails are sent via ACS through MJML templates.

She skips Stripe for now and lands in the admin app with an empty club tenant ready to populate. A welcome email arrives via ACS with three onboarding videos and a calendar link to a free 30-minute setup call. The next morning she gets the first drip in the 7-day onboarding automation: 'Import your members from your existing spreadsheet'.
She clicks through, runs the migration tool and is operational within a week — without ever talking to sales.
